And I had never written a book before, and I thought that this was a terrifying idea, but of course I said, "Ah, good idea. And then of course you can actually read the whole book for free at Base /ShapeUp. Because in the short time that we have makes more sense for me to try and give you some motivation and connect the dots about why this might be useful to you. And actually, the reason, I want to talk a little bit about why we wrote the book and what it's for. Shape Up is the book that I put out last year now that describes the way that we at Base Camp go from a raw idea of something that we think we want to do to a ship project.
